This SALUS Clear Teapot brings the clean, glass-like look of a classic kyusu to the table while being made from a durable, heat-resistant resin that holds up better to everyday handling than glass.
Several versions come with a built-in infuser, including a clip-on mesh infuser or a stainless steel or polyester mesh infuser, so loose tea leaves can steep and then be lifted out without a separate strainer. A version without any infuser is also available for those who prefer to brew directly in the pot.
Its simple, uncluttered shape fits naturally into both Japanese and Western table settings, and it works well for black tea, green tea, and herbal tea, whether for everyday brewing or for serving guests.
Made in Japan, this teapot is offered in two capacities and with a choice of infuser type (no infuser, clip mesh, stainless mesh, or polyester mesh), so you can pick the size and infuser that best suit your needs.
