The SALUS Clear Teapot brings a transparent, glass-like look to the table while being made of a break-resistant polyester resin instead of glass, so it can stand up to everyday use with more peace of mind. The resin is rated for heat up to 110 degrees C (230 degrees F).
Its clean, simple shape fits naturally into Japanese or Western style table settings, and the see-through body lets you watch the tea as it steeps. It suits black tea, green tea, and herbal tea, for everyday drinking as well as serving guests.
This teapot is offered in three sizes (280 ml, 480 ml, and 730 ml) and four styles: a plain teapot with no built in infuser, a version with a clip mesh infuser, a version with a stainless steel mesh infuser, and a version with a polyester mesh infuser, so you can match the capacity and straining method to how you brew. It is made in Japan.
