SALUS Home Chef Mini Nylon Skimmer Ladle

This is the SALUS Home Chef Mini nylon skimmer ladle, a compact scoop for removing foam and scum from simmering soups, stocks, and sauces. Its mesh style head lets liquid pass through while catching solids, and the smaller size makes it easy to maneuver in saucepans and smaller pots.

The nylon is heat resistant up to 210°C (410°F), so it can be used directly in hot liquid and is gentle on nonstick cookware. The ladle measures 225 x 75 mm (8.9 x 3 in), sized for everyday stovetop use.

Available in three colors: Black, Orange, and Red.

Made in Japan.
