SALUS Home Chef Nylon Mesh Skimmer Spoon L Black

Please note: The photo shows all three colors of this series together and the size cannot be told from the photo. This listing is for the L size mesh skimmer spoon in Black only.

This is the Artis Home Chef nylon mesh skimmer spoon in the L size, designed for scooping foam, scum, and small bits of food out of soups, stocks, and simmering pots. The mesh head lets liquid drain through while catching solids, which is useful for clarifying broths, skimming tempura oil, or lifting blanched vegetables and noodles out of hot water.

The nylon construction is heat resistant up to 210°C (410°F), so it can be used directly in hot liquid without melting or warping, and it is gentle on nonstick cookware surfaces. The spoon measures 354 x 140 mm (13.9 x 5.5 in), giving it a wide scooping area for home kitchen use.

Made in Japan.
