This pastry brush combines a polypropylene handle with soft, natural goat hair bristles for gentle, even application. It is useful for brushing egg wash, melted butter, oil, or sauce onto pastries, bread, and other foods before or during cooking.
The bristles hold liquid well and release it smoothly, so dough, grilled items, or tempura can be coated without tearing. The handle is heat resistant to 80°C (176°F) for safe use near hot surfaces.
