SALUS Pop-Up Sushi Shaper

This pop-up sushi mold lets anyone press rice and toppings into neat sushi pieces that pop right out, with no rolling or hand shaping needed. It is part of a sushi making series designed for easy sushi at home.

Made in Japan from heat resistant polypropylene, rated to 120°C, it is simple to fill, press, and release. The mold measures 20 x 12.2 x 4.5 cm (7.9 x 4.8 x 1.8 in) and weighs about 352 g (12.4 oz).
