SALUS Shabu-Shabu Mochi Slicer

This mochi slicer cuts a block of mochi into thin, even slices that are ready to cook in a shabu-shabu hot pot. Slicing mochi thin this way helps it cook quickly and evenly in simmering broth.

Made in Japan from ABS resin and stainless steel, with the resin rated to 80°C, it is easy to use and clean. The slicer measures 20 x 6.4 x 4.1 cm (7.9 x 2.5 x 1.6 in) and weighs about 150 g (5.3 oz).
