The Friday curry spoon takes its name from a Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force tradition. Crews on long voyages eat curry every Friday so they keep track of the week.
The spoon is made of highly rust-resistant 18-10 stainless steel. It is nonmagnetic, so iron sand and grit brush off easily, which keeps it clean for outdoor use. The bowl has a mirror finish while the handle has a satin finish, and the tip of the bowl is thin to make scooping curry and rice easier. The angled bowl shape makes eating comfortable.
This spoon is offered in two sizes, Medium and Large, so you can pick the one that fits your bowls and portions best.
