Sanyo Sangyo 3-Hole Coffee Dripper for 5 to 7 Cups AS-103

This 3-hole coffee dripper from Sanyo Sangyo, maker of the CAFEC brand, brews 5 to 7 cups. It comes with 5 paper filters and a measuring spoon.

To use it, fold the filter seams in opposite directions and fit the filter snugly in the dripper. Use about 10 g (0.4 oz) of grounds per cup, which is one level measuring spoon.

Pour a little boiling water evenly over the grounds and let them bloom for about 30 seconds. Then pour the rest of the water a bit more briskly in 3 to 4 additions, covering all the grounds.
