This single-cup pour-over drip kettle from Sanyo Sangyo is built around CAFEC's Osmotic Flow extraction theory, which calls for pouring water slowly and in a thin stream. Its sharp, ultra-fine spout makes the water flow easy to control, so you can keep a steady, consistent pour for a carefully brewed cup.
The kettle is made of copolyester resin, a durable and safe material, so it can also be used casually outdoors without worrying about it breaking.
It holds about 350 ml (11.8 fl oz) of water and measures about 16.4 x 9.2 x 8.5 cm (6.5 x 3.6 x 3.3 in).
