This Seisho Cellar Mate storage jar has a clear glass body that lets you see the contents, whether you are storing dry goods like flour and grains or liquids such as plum wine and fruit liqueurs.
The silicone gasket creates an airtight seal that keeps liquids well sealed, and it is odor-free, making the jar well suited to long-term aging of preserves. The metal clasp is made of rust-resistant stainless steel.
Because the jar has a simple, clean design, several jars of different capacities can be lined up together on a shelf or counter without cluttering the kitchen. Made in Japan.
