This flat grain cutting board is cut from a single piece of Kiso hinoki cypress from trees about 300 years old. It is made in Japan and left as unfinished natural wood.
Hinoki has a pleasant feel under the knife edge, which makes the board easy to work on.
This board is available in Small, Medium, and Large sizes.
