This julienne slicer is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Ajiwai Shokubo ECO series, designed with the future of the natural environment in mind. The resin body blends in plant-based biomass plastic made from molasses, a byproduct left over after sugar is extracted from sugarcane, replacing some petroleum-based plastic and helping reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
Each slicer has a sharp stainless steel blade built for smooth, low effort cutting, and every model is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup.
