Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Garlic Press ANP-699

This garlic press is part of the Ajiwai Shokubo series of kitchen tools for everyday cooking. Simply place a garlic clove inside and turn the handle to press it in two easy steps. The large handle is designed to be easy to grip and to apply pressure with little effort.

It can be used directly over a frying pan or a plate while cooking, so garlic can be pressed without the smell transferring to your hands. Each part comes apart for thorough cleaning, and it is made in Japan.
