Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Silicone Oil Brush ASA-728

This bottle-and-brush combination oil applicator is part of the Ajiwai Shokubo line of everyday kitchen tools. Squeeze out just the amount of oil you need and spread it in a thin, even layer, whether you are prepping a pan, greasing a griddle, or oiling a hot plate. The brush is made of silicone rubber that withstands heat, so it can be used directly on a hot griddle or hot plate. Its shape also reaches into small indentations such as those in a takoyaki pan, and you can reapply oil as many times as needed without extra steps.

A cap keeps dust and debris off the brush between uses. The cap, brush, and bottle come apart from one another, so each part can be washed on its own, including the hard to reach areas.
