Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Tamagoyaki Turner Nylon Spatula ATT-229

This turner is designed for making tamagoyaki, the rolled Japanese omelet, without special skill.

The handle is kept short so it is easy to turn the egg from the back of the pan toward you. Matching the width of the blade to the width of your tamagoyaki pan helps the rolled egg come out neat.

Because it is made of nylon, it will not scratch enamel pans or pans with a non-stick coating, so it can be used on them safely. It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
