Shimomura Ajiwai Shokubo Titanium Palm Grater with Container ATT-744

This compact grater fits in the palm of your hand. It comes from Shimomura Kogyo's Ajiwai Shokubo series, a range of kitchen tools designed for prep, cooking and cleanup.

The grating blade is titanium, which is light, strong, resistant to rust and hygienic. The polypropylene body sits on an AS resin container with a lid, so grated food stays in one place. A rubber non-slip base helps keep it steady while you grate.

It measures 12.5 x 7.5 x 5.2 cm (4.9 x 3 x 2 in) and weighs 90 g (3.2 oz / 0.20 lb). Made in Japan.
