Shimomura Bell Pepper Corer and Seed Remover FV-620

This bell pepper corer from the Fruveg series by Shimomura Kogyo removes the stem and seeds of bell peppers and paprika in one step. The Fruveg line offers specialized tools that take the extra work out of preparing specific fruits and vegetables.

To use, center the tool on the stem and push it in while twisting. Pull it out and the stem and seeds come away together. A screw structure inside the tool holds the stem so it does not drop when you pull it out.

The set includes two sizes so you can match the tool to the size of the pepper. It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
