Shimomura Diakirex Diamond Knife Sharpener DIT-01

The Diakirex knife sharpener uses a diamond whetstone and works with stainless steel, ceramic and titanium kitchen knives.

The handle fits the hand and is designed to keep your hand away from the blade. Silicone rubber on the base keeps the sharpener from slipping so you can work steadily. The clear cap comes off so you can wash the sharpening section.

It weighs about 88 g (3.1 oz) and is made in Japan.
