Shimomura Fruveji Grape Peeler FV-624

This grape peeler is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Fruveji series, a line of food-specific tools that simplify kitchen prep. It makes peeling grapes easy, which is handy for sweets and desserts.

Using it takes three steps: insert it into the grape, give it a twist, and pull it out. The skin slips right off. It has loops for both large and small grapes so you can match the size of the fruit.

The peeler has an 18-8 stainless steel wire and an ABS resin handle. It measures 17.5 x 2.2 x 2 cm (6.9 x 0.9 x 0.8 in) and weighs 15 g (0.5 oz / 0.03 lb). Made in Japan.
