This julienne peeler from Shimomura Kogyo's Full Vege Smile series cuts vegetables into thin strips. It is designed for burdock root and carrots, the classic ingredients for Japanese kinpira.

The blade is stainless cutlery steel and the body is ABS resin. It measures 14 x 7.5 x 2 cm (5.5 x 3 x 0.8 in) and weighs 33 g (1.2 oz / 0.07 lb).
