Shimomura Full Veggie Kurumaru Sharp Peeler with Cover FV-666

The Full Veggie Kurumaru Sharp Peeler with Cover FV-666 is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series of kitchen tools for preparing vegetables and fruit. A curved hook at the top of the blade curls the peel as it comes off, so it does not stick to the vegetable and peeling goes smoothly.

The sharp, angled stainless steel blade removes skin with light pressure, and the thick handle is easy to grip. The corner of the frame can also be used to peel burdock root, and the peeler includes a built-in eye remover for potatoes.

This peeler is dishwasher safe and made in Japan. It measures about 150 x 65 x 20 mm (5.9 x 2.6 x 0.8 in) and weighs about 38 g (1.3 oz).
