Shimomura Full Veggie Scratch Resistant Potato Masher FV-205

The Full Veggie Scratch Resistant Potato Masher is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series of kitchen tools made to simplify everyday food prep. Its resin masher plate mashes firmly while being gentle on bowls, since it will not scratch the bowl or make the metal-on-metal scraping sound of a traditional masher.

The forked frame helps transmit pressure evenly, and the small, rounded plate shape is designed to mash easily. A triangular handle lets the masher stand upright on its own, so it is easy to set down for a moment while cooking.

It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
