Shimomura Full Veggie Smile Cabbage Slicer FVS-641

The Full Veggie Smile series from Shimomura Kogyo focuses on convenient, easy-to-use tools for preparing vegetables and fruit. This cabbage slicer makes fluffy, extra-fine shredded cabbage with a simple motion.

The blade cuts to a uniform width for fine shredding, and it also works well for slicing onions, daikon radish, and other vegetables. A holder guards your hand from the blade, so you can keep slicing safely and efficiently even as the food gets smaller.

It measures 26.5 x 9 x 3.5 cm (10.4 x 3.5 x 1.4 in) and weighs 102 g (3.6 oz). It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
