Shimomura Full Veggie Stainless Julienne Shirishiri Slicer FV-670

This slicer is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series, a line of kitchen tools designed to make specific vegetable prep tasks quicker and easier. It has two cutting sides so you can switch between two widths of julienne cut.

One side cuts strips about 4 mm (0.2 in) wide, which works well for daikon or cucumber, and the other side cuts wider strips of about 6 mm (0.2 in), which is useful for carrot shirishiri or sasagaki-style cuts.

It is dishwasher safe, measures about 26.8 x 9 x 1.4 cm (10.6 x 3.5 x 0.6 in), weighs 75 g (2.6 oz / 0.17 lb), and is made in Japan.
