Shimomura Full Veggie Wavy Waffle Slicer FV-636

This slicer from Shimomura Kogyo's Full Veggie series cuts vegetables and fruit into a wavy or net-like pattern. Slicing in one direction creates a wavy cut, and changing the angle between passes creates a waffle cut, so one tool gives two different cutting styles.

A holder guards your hand from the blade, letting you slice safely and without waste.

It measures 26.8 x 9 x 1.4 cm (10.6 x 3.5 x 0.6 in) and weighs 140 g (4.9 oz). It is made in Japan.
