Shimomura Fullvege 7-Piece Slicer and Grater Set with Compact Storage FV-674

This 7-in-1 prep set from Shimomura Kogyo uses three interchangeable cutting plates to handle seven kinds of food prep quickly: julienne at about 4 mm (0.2 in), fine julienne at about 2 mm (0.1 in), grating, coarse (oni) grating, condiment (yakumi) grating, thick julienne at about 6 mm (0.2 in), and slicing at about 1.5 mm (0.1 in) thickness.

The catch container has a sloped shape so you can apply pressure easily, and rubber feet on the bottom keep it from slipping while you work.

A strainer is included to drain water from grated ingredients.

The whole set is compact enough to store in a drawer.

It measures 17 x 8.3 x 7.5 cm (6.7 x 3.3 x 3 in) and weighs about 230 g (8.1 oz).
