Shimomura Kogyo's Fullvege series is made to help you prepare vegetables and fruit quickly and safely. This polypropylene vegetable holder is meant for use with a slicer or grater, guarding your fingers from the blade while you work.

It is dishwasher safe and measures about 8.8 x 8.2 x 6.5 cm (3.5 x 3.2 x 2.6 in), weighing about 30 g (1.1 oz / 0.07 lb). Made in Japan.
