Part of the Hot Stand series, this drip pot is designed to bring the easy, relaxed feeling of a coffee shop break into the kitchen. A built-in attachment lets you pour hot water in a thin, controlled stream for drip coffee and tea. The body is made of polymethylpentene (TPX), a durable resin that is clear like glass but much lighter, so the pot will not shatter if it is dropped.
The pot has printed markings so you can see how much water you have poured, and the spout is shaped to resist dripping and pooling after you stop pouring. The wide mouth and simple one-piece shape make it easy to fill and clean, and the pot is dishwasher safe.
At 12.8 x 9 x 8.5 cm (5 x 3.5 x 3.3 in) and 100 g (3.5 oz), it is light enough to hold and pour comfortably with one hand.
