Shimomura Kitchen a La Mode Standing Mini Slicer Green KAM-01G

This mini slicer is part of Shimomura Kogyo's Kitchen a La Mode series, a line of kitchen tools in bright colors meant to brighten up the kitchen and table. It is small enough to use right at the table or counter for slicing just the amount you need, such as scallions or cucumber, without waste.

The blade is double-edged, so you can slice by moving the vegetable back and forth instead of only in one direction, which speeds things up. Since you do not need a cutting board, there is less cleanup afterward.
