This curved peeler is part of the Kitchen Bar series from Shimomura Kogyo, a line of tools for making bar-style snacks at home.
The blade is curved to follow the round shape of vegetables, so more of the blade touches the surface. Peeling goes quickly and shortens your prep time.
The body is 18-8 stainless steel with a stainless cutlery steel blade. It is about 120 mm (4.7 in) long, weighs about 50 g (1.8 oz / 0.11 lb), and is dishwasher safe. Made in Japan.
