These kitchen scissors from Shimomura Kogyo have a curved blade shape that slides easily under food for cutting. A serrated edge grips ingredients firmly so they do not slip while you cut, and the handle is shaped for a comfortable hold.
The blades detach from the handle, so you can take the scissors apart and wash every part thoroughly. The resin handle is slip resistant and opens wide enough for your fingers to fit fully, giving you more leverage when cutting harder foods.
