This ceramic knife sharpener has a dual design for both coarse sharpening and finishing, so one tool can take an edge from rough to refined. The sharpening surface is alumina ceramic, chosen to keep its sharpening performance over time.

The grip is shaped to fit the hand and is designed to keep fingers clear of the blade while you work, and the knife edge naturally settles into the center of the sharpener as you draw it through. Rubber feet on the base keep the sharpener steady on the counter during use.
