The Shimomura Pro Grade Adjustable Thickness Slicer brings the sharpness and precision of a professional kitchen tool into a slicer that is easy to use at home. A built in switch lets you adjust the blade thickness to match the dish you are preparing, from thin shaves to thicker cuts.
A finger guard holder is included to keep your hands safely away from the blade while you slice. When the slicer is not in use, set the switch to the lock position to cover the blade for safe storage.
