These Pro Grade kitchen shears from Shimomura Kogyo are designed with the sharpness and function of professional tools while staying easy to use. They handle cutting food, prep work and opening bags.
Fine serrations near the tips act as a grip, so oily, slippery or hard foods can be cut without sliding. The shears are one-piece stainless steel from handle to blade with no seams, so they are easy to wash.
Open the blades fully to take the shears apart. This lets you clean the overlapping area where dirt tends to collect. They can also help open small jar lids and can lids. Dishwasher safe and made in Japan.
