Shimomura Pro Grade Double Knife Sharpener Diamond and Ceramic PG-608

This double knife sharpener from Shimomura Kogyo's Pro Grade line restores a knife's edge using a diamond coarse stone followed by an alumina ceramic finishing stone. You sharpen it simply by pushing and pulling the blade back and forth.

It uses a water-sharpening design that resists clogging, and the handle is shaped to be easy to grip. A rubber pad on the underside gives it a stable, non-slip base while you sharpen.

It measures about 19.5 x 5.9 x 4.9 cm (7.7 x 2.3 x 1.9 in) and weighs about 110 g (3.9 oz / 0.24 lb).
