This slicer makes fine julienne cuts that are difficult to achieve with a knife. The blade tip is shaped using an etching process that leaves a sharp edge, so you can cut julienne strips with light pressure.
The handle has an arched shape that is easy to grip firmly and safely, reducing strain on the wrist. The cut width is about 2 mm (0.1 in).
