Shimomura Pro Grade Mini Julienne Slicer

This mini julienne slicer from Shimomura Kogyo's Pro Grade line is compact and easy to handle for quick, precise cuts. Ultra-thin blades are set facing both directions, so a back-and-forth push-and-pull motion cuts efficiently with every stroke instead of slicing in one direction only.

The crank-shaped, angular blade design cuts each strand with clean, well-defined edges, giving a tidy appearance and a pleasant texture. The blade is stainless steel and the body is ABS resin.

It is made in Japan.

Choose the version sized for everyday vegetables such as daikon radish, carrots, and cucumbers, or the version made for fine garnishes such as citrus peel and ginger.
