Shimomura Pro Grade Sharp Cabbage Peeler

This wide cabbage peeler is built for shredding large amounts of cabbage with less effort, even half a head at once. Its blade is about 10.5 cm (4.1 in) across, so more of the vegetable meets the blade with every stroke and a single pass removes a generous amount.

The sharpened stainless cutlery steel blade is set at an angle, meeting the food diagonally for smoother, lower resistance cuts from the first stroke. The handle has a smooth curved shape that fits the hand for a secure grip while slicing.

Built from durable stainless steel throughout, this peeler is dishwasher safe. It is offered in right handed and left handed versions, each with the blade angle set to match the user's dominant hand.
