This grater is from the Pro Grade series, which combines the sharpness of professional tools with easy home use.
Sharp etched teeth produce fluffy gratings with light pressure. Use it for cheese, lemon and lime zest, garlic, ginger, chocolate and more. The long 20 cm (7.9 in) grating surface lets you grate a lot at once and works well directly over a plate.
A blade cover keeps it safe in storage, and the tip of the cover works as a scraper to remove food left on the back. The grater is dishwasher safe.
