Shimomura Pro Grade Speed Julienne Slicer with Container

This slicer has ultra-thin blades on both sides, so a back-and-forth push-pull motion lets you cut food efficiently and quickly. A crank-shaped, square blade cuts the ingredient into julienne strips with clean, sharp edges that also improve the texture.

The container is attached, so you can slice directly into it without needing a separate bowl or plate, and tilting the container lets you cut with less effort.

This slicer is offered in three cut types: fine, regular, and thick julienne.

The blade is stainless steel, the body is ABS resin, the container is AS resin, and the base has a rubber non-slip grip. It is dishwasher safe and made in Japan by Shimomura Kogyo.
