Shimomura ProGrade Quick Julienne Slicer 2mm

This julienne slicer from Shimomura Kogyo's ProGrade line is designed to cut vegetables into even 2 mm (0.08 in) strips in a single pass, saving the knife work normally needed for julienne-style prep. It works well for carrots, daikon, cucumber, and similar vegetables.

The slicer body is made of stainless steel and ABS resin and measures 28.2 x 9 x 2.8 cm (11.1 x 3.5 x 1.1 in), sized to be drawn across vegetables by hand.

Made in Japan, this slicer is a simple tool for producing consistent vegetable strips for salads, stir-fries, and garnishes.
