Shimomura ProGrade Quick Kinpira Shredder Peeler

This peeler from Shimomura Kogyo's ProGrade line is built for making kinpira-style vegetable shreds, the thin matchstick strips used in Japanese dishes like kinpira gobo. Instead of a standard peeling blade, it is fitted with a shredding blade that cuts vegetables such as carrots and burdock root into thin strips in a single pass.
