These Shimomura Prograde yakiniku scissors have an extra-long blade that lets you cut through a large piece of meat, or other bulky ingredients, in a single pass. The blades have a serrated edge that grips food firmly so it will not slip while you cut, giving you more control when preparing meat for the grill.

The blades are stainless steel and the handles are ABS resin, built to hold up to repeated use in the kitchen or at the table. The scissors are dishwasher safe for quick cleanup after grilling or meal prep.

Choose from a detachable design, which lets you take the scissors apart for even more thorough cleaning, or a standard one piece design, in two blade lengths and a choice of handle colors depending on the version. Made in Japan.
