Shimomura Seeds Nylon Fish Turner SEK-16

The Shimomura Seeds Nylon Fish Turner SEK-16 is a slim turner shaped for flipping and lifting whole fish and other delicate foods without breaking them apart. The blade is 66 nylon rated for heat up to 180 degrees C (356 degrees F), the handle fitting and shaft are stainless steel, and the handle is polypropylene. Because the blade is nylon rather than metal, it will not scratch the coated surface of nonstick pots and pans.

It measures 24.5 x 9 cm (9.6 x 3.5 in) and weighs 45 g (1.6 oz / 0.10 lb).
