Shimomura Seeds Nylon Turner SEK-14

The Shimomura Seeds Nylon Turner SEK-14 is a turner or spatula for flipping and lifting food such as fried eggs, pancakes, and sauteed vegetables. The blade is 66 nylon rated for heat up to 180 degrees C (356 degrees F), the handle fitting and shaft are stainless steel, and the handle is polypropylene. Because the blade is nylon rather than metal, it will not scratch the coated surface of nonstick pots and pans.

It measures 30 x 10 x 7 cm (11.8 x 3.9 x 2.8 in) and weighs 102 g (3.6 oz / 0.22 lb).
