This mandoline slicer lets you freely adjust the slicing thickness from about 0.8 to 3.0 mm (0.03 to 0.1 in) to suit different ingredients and dishes. A safety holder is included to guard your fingertips from the blade while you slice.
The holder keeps your hand safely away from the blade edge even as a vegetable gets smaller, so you can cut all the way through without wasting the last piece. It is made in Japan.
