The Shimomura Super Food Slicer is a Japanese mandoline system built around a safety holder that keeps your fingertips clear of the blade while you slice vegetables and other ingredients.
The holder grips the food and guides it across the blade, so you can cut all the way through without wasting the last piece and without your hand coming close to the edge.
The body is made of ABS resin with a stainless steel blade, and the slicer is manufactured in Japan.
Choose between the complete slicer with its matching safety holder, or a replacement holder on its own.
