Shimomura V Tool V-Shaped Vegetable Cutter with Holder

This V-shaped cutter is designed to cut vegetables smoothly, making prep quick and easy. The V-shaped blade keeps food from slipping sideways as it is cut, giving clean, even results every time.

It comes with a holder so that even small pieces of vegetable can be cut safely down to the last bit without waste, keeping fingers away from the blade.

The body and holder are made of ABS resin, with a stainless cutlery steel blade. Compact in size, it stores easily in a kitchen drawer. Made in Japan.

Choose between two cutting styles: a slicer for wide, even slices, or a julienne slicer for thin, uniform strips, both suited to cucumbers, carrots, daikon, and similar vegetables.
