This Vegetarian mandoline slicer from Shimomura Kogyo speeds up time consuming vegetable prep work. Interchangeable comb blades and a thickness adjustment let you cut vegetables to suit each dish, handling rounds, decorative cuts, slices, julienne, fine shreds, shaved strips and minced pieces.
The complete slicer set includes the main body, a vegetable holder, and all three comb blades (fine, medium and coarse), so you can switch between cuts without buying extra parts. The holder keeps your hand clear of the blade and lets you use up small pieces of vegetable safely.
The body is made of ABS resin with an AS resin holder, and the comb blades are stainless steel. All parts are made in Japan.
Choose the complete slicer set, or pick up a single replacement comb blade in fine, medium or coarse for when your original blade wears out.
